The Bullet Blender Gold+ models actively control the temperature of the samples. While other homogenizers control the air temperature, samples heat up to temperatures much hotter than the air. In the Bullet Blenders, your samples will never get much warmer than the surrounding air, and in the Gold+ models, they will be kept at 4°C.
