In this paper, a tissue mashing homogenizer with a function of preventing tissue deterioration was proposed, where the heat of the blade can be dissipated through the heat dissipation mechanism, and the temperature of crushed tissue is reduced.
Abstract: The invention relates to a tissue mashing homogenizer with a function of preventing tissue deterioration. The tissue mashing homogenizer comprises a crushing tank, a power device, a blade, a driving pipe, a heat dissipation mechanism and a shaking mechanism, wherein the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a guide cylinder, fan blades, a sealing sleeve pipe, an air delivery hole, two supports andtwo communicating pipes; the shaking mechanism comprises a power assembly, a supporting plate, a base, an air bag, two first springs, two supporting pipes and two sliding sleeve pipes; and the power assembly comprises a second spring, a sealing cylinder, a piston column and an eccentric wheel. According to the tissue mashing homogenizer with the function of preventing tissue deterioration, the heat of the blade can be dissipated through the heat dissipation mechanism, the temperature of crushed tissue is reduced, the probability of tissue deterioration is reduced, and the practicability of thehomogenizer is improved. The crushing tank is driven to shake up and down through the shaking mechanism, the tissue on the inner wall of the crushing tank can be shaken off, and the crushing effect of the homogenizer is improved.
